To add items to a toolbar, open the customizing sheet by doing one of the of the following:

• Click the Customize item in the toolbar.
• Control-click the toolbar and choose the Customize command.
• Choose Customize Toolbar from the Window menu.

After the customization window opens, drag items from the customization window into the toolbar to add them to the toolbar.

To remove items from a toolbar, do one of the of the following:

• Open the customizing sheet as described above and drag the item you wish to remove from the toolbar.
• Press the Command key and drag the item off the toolbar.

To move an item in a toolbar to another location, do one of the of the following:

• Open the customizing sheet as described above and drag the item you wish to the desired position in the toolbar.
• Press the Command key and drag the item to the desired position in the toolbar.
